The Role

We are looking for a Disputes Paralegal to join our team. The role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of contentious matters, working closely with partners and associates on significant and challenging cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence and research notes

  • Preparing bundles, pleadings and evidence for hearings

  • Conducting detailed legal and factual research

  • Reviewing documents and assisting with disclosure

  • Supporting arbitration and litigation proceedings in the UK and overseas

  • Liaising with clients, counsel and external parties

About You

We are looking for someone who is motivated, precise and curious about international disputes. You should have:

  • Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear, accurate drafting

  • A genuine interest in sanctions, arbitration and commercial litigation

  • Strong research and organisational skills, and attention to detail

  • Russian and/or Arabic language skills are desirable, but not essential
