Arianne is a Solicitor Advocate who specialises in commercial law both nationally and internationally. She has vast experience in dealing with both non-contentious and contentious matters.
Arianne advises clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law, including financing (debt and equity), re-structuring, domestic and cross-border commercial agreements, domestic and cross-border acquisitions and compliance (including the FCA, DFSA, the Gambling Commission and the SEC).
In the contentious arena, Arianne is experienced in resolving disputes through litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation. She has acted for both domestic and international clients in respect of a wide array of complex, high-value disputes over a broad range of practice areas.
Arianne has a wealth of experience in the gambling sector with a focus on online gaming and gambling. She regularly advises on matters of intellectual property and compliance, with clients often coming to her to establish complex, offshore company structures.
Over recent years, Arianne has developed a specialist practice in the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency sectors. She is a regular media commentator on blockchain, cryptocurrency, regulation and tax, and has been featured in a broad range of publications, from the Daily Express, to specialist investment titles such as Wealth & Finance, and Entrepreneur & Investor, as well as technology titles such as ZDnet.
Arianne is also a member of the IAGA (International Association of Gaming Advisors). She has also been a guest speaker on the topic of blockchain technology at the Society for Computers and Law’s annual conference.
