At Eldwick Law, we have a team of expert lawyers who have a deep understanding of the arbitral process and are therefore able to provide clients with clear and cost-effective advice.
Our arbitration teams consists of five expert lawyers from the EU, UK and CIS who regularly act in high-value, complex international arbitration. Our multi-lingual team have experience of common and civil law, and understand the important cultural differences between arbitral jurisdictions.
We have experience of conducting arbitration under the International Court of Arbitration (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), in addition to ad-hoc arbitrations.
Our aim is to provide quick and effective solutions to our clients, whether that be pre-contentious advice to avoid a dispute or post-award enforcement. We regularly work with the most reputable Chambers and specialist Foreign Counsel.
Our Arbitration team also works closely with the Commercial Litigation team, so we can bolster our arbitration practice by offering commercial litigation services in aid of arbitration, including (but not limited to) Mareva Injunctions, Asset Tracing and other forms of enforcement.
