Civil Fraud

We have a deep knowledge of fraud litigation. Our approach to civil fraud matters is flexible and pragmatic. We are able to offer expert advice at all stages of a dispute.

We have brought and defended civil claims on behalf of companies and high-net worth individuals. We regularly seek or resist a number of interim remedies available to litigants, including (but not limited to):

  • Mareva injunctions (Worldwide Freezing Orders);
  • Search orders and Anton Piller relief;
  • Disclosure orders; and
  • Norwich Pharmacal and third party disclosure orders.

We are experts in tracing and recovering misappropriated funds, and are able to advise clients on taking pre-emptive steps to prevent assets being dissipated. We are also able to provide advice, post-judgment, to secure enforcement for our clients.
